My fiancee emailed Amazon who sent us to your customer service who indicated that because of the "purchase date" we were not eligible for a refund, nor to switch them for a different pair.I have reached out to Revision, who apparently shares your same customer service tactics. They sent me another pair of the same glasses, which have been tried and again, DO NOT perform as advertised. I have since sent 2 emails that have gone totally unanswered asking them to refund my money or replace them with a pair of the Polarized ones....to date....NO RESPONSE!!!However, it would seem that my complaints will fall on deaf ears here as well. After reading a couple of other customer comments, I am not the only customer who has these feelings about your service.It's too bad that you don't stand behind the products that you sell, but hey, I guess you don't have to when the company that makes them does not either.
